《Malice》 is a full-length novel by Keigo Higashino, a Japanese mystery writer, first published in 1996.

The novel opens with the death of Osamu Noguchi's neighbor's cat. It tells the story of writer Kunihiko Nizkaku, who was killed in his home the day before he moved to Canada, and the detective Kyichiro Kaga, who is searching for the real murderer to solve the case. It deeply reveals the good and evil of human nature, and the boundless malice in the story is as deep as the abyss, which makes people shudder.
