The film and television adaptation
The Japanese film version was released in Japan on 4 October 2008 and was also nominated for Best Asian Film at the 2009 Hong Kong Film Awards. The Korean film version was released on October 18, 2012. It was compiled into a stage play by Caramelbox, a TV theater company, and has been performed in Japan since April 2009.
